A remake of the BBC miniseries of the same name, House Of Cards has been developed for the US by David Fincher, Kevin Spacey and Beau Willimon. Dubbed “a new perspective” by Spacey, the show will drop all episodes from the first season on February 1st, exclusively on Netflix, and centres around a ruthless politician who will get to the top by any means necessary. Something of a broadcast experiment, this is the start of a real fight with HBO.
