HBO step into the San Francisco scene with new series ‘Looking’

Based on creator Michael Lannan’s short, Lorimer, new HBO series Looking jumps into the lives of a group of gay friends living in San Francisco. With Andrew Haigh (of the critically-acclaimed Weekend) co-executive producing and directed a handful of episodes from the first season, Looking is shaping up to be something of a Girls for the East Coast. Looking premieres on HBO on 19th January 2014.
