The work of StudioMK27, Ipês House in São Paulo, Brazil would stand out in any locale. Boasting a modern look with flirtations of natural, warmer material, the structure is intended to look like a “floating box”, giving the illusion the top floor is suspended in the air. The extraordinary living room, and the longest sofa we’ve ever set our eyes on, sure help set it apart too.
