I don’t say it lightly when proclaiming this might be the nicest flat I’ve seen my whole life. Sure, there’s no swimming pool, no gold taps in the bathroom, no penthouse view over the city, but it makes up for it in so many different ways. Designed by The Brooklyn Home Company, the 5th Street Apartment makes such clever use of space with a magnificent one-room set up for the living and another bedroom to boot, never mind those glorious shelves. Oh yeah, and it’s in Park Slope.
