After the NYC Department of Health shut them down while hosting dinner parties for strangers in their own apartment, Tamy and Felipe decided to open up their own restaurant in SoHo. Naming their establishment Comodo and finding a residence on Macdougal Street, with the help of kickstarter funding they got the project going, and have been keeping a food blog ever since. Directed by Raul Mandru, it’s a pretty inspirational story.
