In K-Michel Parandi’s clever short ‘From the Future with Love, the police only provide protection, if you’ve paid for it

A witty take the future of civil protection, in From the Future with Love, a privatised police patrol the streets, selling overpriced protection plans to citizens, and will only step in to assist a victim if they’ve paid for their help. Shot on location in and around New York City, From the Future with Love is clever, and to be honest, a little worrying, because at some point in the future, I could actually see this happening. Written and directed by K-Michel Parandi.
