Written by Larry David alongside his Curb Your Enthusiasm and Seinfeld crew Alec Berg, David Mandel and Jeff Schaffer, David plays a disgraced former marketing executive who plots revenge against his former boss who made millions from the electric car company the once owned. Superbad and Adventureland director Greg Mottola takes charge behind the camera while Eva Mendes, Kate Hudson, Bill Hader, Michael Keaton, Jon Hamm, Liev Schreiber and Danny McBride also star. It’s shaping up to one of the best comedies of the year, and it won’t even make it into theatres. Clear History will be aired on HBO late this summer in August.
