The next in the seemingly never-ending Saw franchise, though with Kevin Greutert at the helm, the series is given a renewed thrust. Bringing the story around full circle and revealing serial killer Jigsaw’s legacy after tenuous links in the last couple of films, it’s the usual “let’s play a game” complicated killings. Saw VI is the most thrilling in the franchise since Saw II possessing some of the invention that has been lacking since the early efforts.
