TV Trailer: Family Tree

After the fantastic Moone Boy and recent spate on Girls, Chris O’Dowd continues a thoroughly successful return to TV with Family Tree. Written and created by Christopher Guest and Jim Piddock, the show stars O’Dowd as 30-year-old Tom Chadwick, unsure of his identity after recently losing his job and girlfriend, but when he inherits a mysterious box of belongings from a distant aunt, is gets him wondering and Tom starts to investigate his ancestry. Starring many of his old collaborators, including guest himself, Family Tree premieres on HBO this May.
