Coming this summer with the pilot directed by Greg Mottola, The Newsroom is Aaron Sorkin return to TV, about a “big-time, buttoned-up news anchor who finally lets his real personality fly, and then has to deal with the career fallout that results.” Obviously it’s coming to HBO, hopefully they don’t cancel this one just when it gets into gear.
