Coming together to form We Have Band after each quitting their job at label EMI, Thomas, Dede and Darren have the kind of back story you couldn’t write in today’s music climate of failing majors. Locking themselves away early last year to concentrate solely on their music, the three-piece, in which Thomas and Dede are also married, embarked on their new career with more than a handful of wonderful tracks to make up for a relative inexperience on stage. Soon gathering a lot of early buzz after non-stop shows across London’s club nights and late last year being featured on Kitsuné’s Maison Compilations and releasing single ‘Oh’ on trendy indie label 50 Bones, the future is looking very bright.
