They blew us away at SXSW and ever present on our iTunes playlists ever since, blogger and music extraordinaire Nathan Williams, and live drummer RW Ulsh, are doing things with rock that don’t often make it out of a rockstar wannabe’s bedroom. Their music often sounds a little infantile, it’s often a quite simple, but it’s utterly brilliant.
Think pop-rock, somewhere between QOTSA and We Are Scientists. And new single ‘So Bored’ is available from all good digital outlets now, or if you’re lucky enough to stumble upon the sold-out 7″, it’s also on vinyl.
Although we wish Nathan would put a little less reverb and distortion on the vocals and guitar. Live, they sound even better.
