Dev Hynes visits his mother’s hometown for the first time in the video for ‘Chamakay’

Tapping up Chairlift’s Caroline Polachek for a share of the vocals, Dev Hynes makes an emotional trip to Guyana and Georgetown where his mother is from. Tracking down family members, including meeting his 92-year-old grandfather for the first time. The tropical track is the first single off upcoming album Cupid Deluxe. Directed by Adam Bainbridge.
