Two years since his last album, iconic filmmaker David Lynch releases his new LP, The Big Dream, on July 16th, teaming up with the ever-popular Lykke Li for single I’m Waiting Here. Following a car’s journey through the American desert, the video is oddly soothing and was conceptualised by Li and visual artist Daniel DeSure, bringing a dramatic sense of closure when the sun goes down and the driver simply arrives at his destination. With this single reminiscent of Beach House, hopefully the rest of the album sounds just as good when it drops next month.
