I’d say the winter’s coming but cycling in London was so cold this morning I’d happily declare is pretty much already here. Better than cycling on a crisp morning though is hitting the slopes, and ready for the new winter sports season Nike’s new Vapen snowboarding boot under the 6.0 range. The liner is re-moldable to your foot, reacting to heat and forming for ever-increasing comfort. The footbed is heat-reflecting too to keep that precious warm right inside. To celebrate its release, Nike are putting out a bunch gorgeous videos; a series of documentaries following a bunch of riders as they make their way to Norway, and episode one is a pretty picturesque start.

And for 3 minutes and 20 seconds it works, although after that, it’s back to the tears. Directed by Ryan Hopkinson.
