Designed by Greta Grossman, the iconic Gräshoppa floor lamp was first produced in 1947, formed of a tubular steel tripod stand, tilted backward with an elongated aluminium conical shade ball-jointed to the top. Allowing for highly directional light with minimal glare, the stand and shade are powder coated and available in five colours. Now produced by Gubi, Greta Grossman’s Gräshoppa floor lamp is on sale for a very tempting €665 (about £540).
