David McKendrick talks to It’s Nice That for their new video site First Broadcast. Film in his Barbican apartment, David reveals he kicks off each day by going swimming, getting him in the right frame of mind for a day of work, though switching off 100% is difficult as it is, whether he’s in the office, or escaping at home.
