You don’t have to look much further than the amazing living space and shelving to know Grove Architects’ Woollahra House 11 is something special. Blending of floor space, ranging windows and warm hard fittings to create a sense of homeliness in amongst the modern feel, with the help of 24,000 litres of storage tanks, all rainwater that falls on the roof is captured and recycled to support organic vegetable and herb gardens, while solar panels also provide the electricity for heating.
