Close to Bratislava, Slovakia, IST – Family House is a remarkable, yet unassuming development on a relatively small plot of land in the village of Cunovo. Designed by Slovakian studio JRKVC, the compact home features a triple-glazed wall on the entire north side, filling the living space with light. A fusion of old and contemporary architecture, the house uses natural materials to give a very warm feeling to the interior, the timber frame also making the construction process simpler and more affordable.
