Foxcatcher-1

Winning Bennett Miller (Moneyball) the award for Best Director at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, Foxcatcher sees Steve Carell in a career-defining dramatic role as convicted murderer, multimillionaire, and member of the famed du Pont family, John Eleuthére du Pont. Striking up a relationship with wrestlers Mark and Dave Schultz (Channing Tatum and Mark Ruffalo), the film follows du Pont as he mentors the brothers and attempts to build the international profile of US wrestling. With Miller’s previous experience with sport in Moneyball, and the stellar reviews coming out of Cannes, expect an high profile release when Foxcatcher hits theatres November 14th.
