We pretty much universally hate 3-D here at Fan the Fire, but none one would argue that this camera is damn cool. Clash Of The Titans jumping out of the screen? No thank you. But home movies? That sounds amazing. Sure, it’s as much of a gimmick as ever, and at around $20,000 an expensive one at that, but recording the new born in 3-D sounds like an interested prospect, and though the Panasonic Pro Twin-Lens 3D Camera is cutting edge tech. right now, expect the resulting videos to look as bad as 25 years down the line as those from the 1980s do now.

FAN THE FIRE is a digital magazine about lifestyle and creative culture. Launching back in 2005 as a digital publication about Sony’s PSP handheld games console, we’ve grown and evolved now covering the arts and lifestyle, architecture, design and travel.
