Part of their incubator initiative, Task Force, Portland-based creative agency, Juliet Zulu, spent the day with beekeeper Wolf Carr to discover the calm life keeping a colony of bees. Owner of Wolf Honey, Carr talks about the process of producing honey and the satisfaction that comes with collection each rack of honeycomb. It’s wonderful to see classical trades like beekeeping still in practice and to get an insight into the people keeping traditional techniques alive.
