DVD Review: Pandorum

Promising sci-fi horror that sadly can’t quite live up to the exciting concept, Pandorum is set on-board a deep space ship voyaging to a distant planet in an attempt to save the human race. After being put into hyper-sleep, however, when a handful of passengers wake up, the effects of being placed in suspended animation reveal themselves and with things apparently not all as they should be, and the ship on its last legs, the group have to go all out to save the mission. While some of the action will have you on the edge of your seat, the plot proves bloated and ineffective and the performance from some actors is equally lacking.
