Dark comedy from director Jody Hill about bi-polar mall cop Ronnie Barnhardt (Seth Rogen) who will stops at nothing to apprehend a flasher terrorising his shoppers.

Easily Jody Hill’s best work to date, Rogen creates a despicable character in Ronnie you can’t help but pull around for while his chemistry with Anna Faris as the object of his desires, Brandi, and Ray Liotta as interfering police man Detective Harrison, really gets the laughs rolling.

Surprisingly, Observe And Report is a real shout for (dark) comedy of the year.
