Oddly losing its Battle Of The Smithsonian tag for the DVD release, Night At The Museum is some way off its fun, if flawed, original. This time following Larry Daley as he hopes to save the day and create peace between troublesome re-awakened museum exhibits at the Smithsonian Archives.

Lacking the laughs to really push it as a comedy or the thrills for adventure, Night At The Museum 2 is a tepid though occasionally engaged sequel that feel like it was only made to cash in on the franchise.
