After 2006’s hugely successful Kidulthood, charting the unglamorous life of a burgeoning London teenager, Adulthood picks up the story as Sam Peel is released from jail, trying to redeem his previous actions while evading the attention of another young group of teens on his tail.

To celebrate the film’s highly anticipated release on 20th June, head down to the Jump Off hip-hop event at Astoria 2, London, this coming Monday, 2nd June. A bunch of the cast will be in attendance to see an evening of MCs, dancers, music and entertainment, including the likes of Plan B.

FAN THE FIRE is a digital magazine about lifestyle and creative culture. Launching back in 2005 as a digital publication about Sony’s PSP handheld games console, we’ve grown and evolved now covering the arts and lifestyle, architecture, design and travel.
